- 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed

Kitchen: large, functional, with all amenities, with two levels separated by a large granite fireplace, on the ground floor, adjacent to a boiler room, laundry room.
Kitchen equipment: 4 gas hobs, 1 electric oven, 1 fridge, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 coffee machine, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, 1 extractor fan, 1 work surface and table, 1 table for meals, crockery and glasses.

Laundry/boiler room: 1 extra fridge, 1 freezer, 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer and brooms ....
