Living spaces : two large living rooms and a dining room with fireplace on the ground floor.

⇢ A lounge area on the 1st floor, a large living space on the 2nd floor with two sofas and flat screen TV (satellite).

⇢ The lounges and dining room on the ground floor overlook the park directly.

⇢ The kitchen: large and functional organized around an imposing central granite fireplace, adjacent to a boiler room and laundry room annex.

⇢ Equipment: 4 gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, dishes and glasses...

⇢ In the laundry/boiler room: extra fridge, washing machine, dryer.

We offer 7 bedrooms , each large and spacious with a double bed.

⇢ The sanitary facilities: two bathrooms and a shower room and three toilets

On the 1st floor: a bathroom and toilet as well as another bathroom + shower and toilet.
